Canerock Jamaican Rum

Made from traditional Jamaican rums infused with natural spices and aged in oak casks, Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum has a rich and unique character with sweet vanilla notes, dry fruits and delicate oak tannins.

Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum starts with a blend of pot and column still rums from two Jamaican distilleries: Clarendon and Long Pond. Once the blend has been fully infused with 100% natural ingredients, including Madagascar vanilla pods, Jamaican ginger, and coconut from around the Caribbean, part of the blend is set aside to finish in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, lending even more natural richness and notes of raisin and cocoa.

This particular type of fortified wine from Jerez, Spain, is intensely and naturally sweet with notes of honey and candied fruits – a final touch that gives the rum rare length and complexity.
