Description
Made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes, this takes its name from an ancient local saying, ‘marca gioiosa et amorosa’, meaning ‘march with joy and love’.
Tasting Notes:
A light and bright rose colour in the glass. Fine and delicate perlage. Fruity and flowery bouquet with delicate notes of unripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The flavour is dry, fresh and zesty, with a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.
Food Paring: Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with fish especially with Livornese style fish.
