Matured exclusively in sherry casks for a heavenly after-dinner dram. This is a result of the Glengoyne way: In the stillness of our quiet glen, we know patience is rewarded. For every minute other whiskies spend in their stills, ours spends three. Only then is it transferred to casks themselves prepared for six years.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Deep Copper, meandering legs.

Nose: Red apples, spicy strudel, toffee, sherry and dried fruits. Christmas cake in a glass.

Palate: Lots of Sherry, honey, oak with a developing aromatic sensation. Ends with a heavenly cinnamon nip.

Finish: Long, sherry, spicy, warm and dry.
