Brugal Blanco is meticulously distilled to our exact specification for smoothness. It is then aged in white American Oak (ex-bourbon) casks for character and charcoal filtered for bright finish.

Brugal’s Proprietary distillation process creates a dry and clean spirit that is then aged in select oak casks for additional smoothness and flavor. The result is a unique dry style rum that can be enjoyed neat or mixed for more crisp, refreshing cocktails. Cask-aged super premium white rum with a dry house style.

Distilled for Dryness: Brugal’s distillation removes many of the heavy alcohols that give other rums their sweetness, resulting in a clean, dry and smooth spirit.

Cask Aged for Smoothness: A blend of rums aged 2-5 years exclusively in White American Oak Casks. (former American Whisky, medium toasted) The same amount of time as Brugal Añejo. Triple-filtered to enhance smoothness and remove the color. Aged using the same wood policy as the world’s Finest single Malt and Scotch Whiskies.

Tasting Notes: Color: Clear, clean and totally transparent color due to triple filtration. Nose: Very clean aroma, pleasant and subtle with hints of light vanilla, citrus and coconut. Palate: Delicate, smooth, clean and refined flavor.
