Mistral Especial Pisco

Mistral Especial Pisco is recognized for its exceptional flavor, color, and aroma, and for its elegant presentation. It is aged in new American oak barrels and is named in honor of Gabriela Mistral, a Chilean recipient of the Nobel Prize for Literature.

This is a premium, elegant pisco highlighting one of its most important attributes: it is Aged in American Oak Barrels. The time spent in the barrels gives it a characteristic golden color, contributing roundness and consistency.

The main grape varieties used for its elaboration are Pedro Jimenez and Muscat of Alexandria. It is a soft, mature, and balanced product, with an oak wood aroma and soft notes of vanilla and chocolate.

Also produced in Chile’s famed Elqui Valley, Mistral pisco is comprised of a different blend of Muscatel of Alexandria and Pedro Jimenez grapes aged in American oak barrels for 6-12 months.
