Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream Liqueur is made with triple distilled Irish Whiskey, produced just a mile from the Giant’s Causeway in the world’s oldest distillery. The whiskey is made in the age old tradition of grinding local barley and cereals and mixing them with the clear water of Ireland’s fast-flowing rivers. Only the freshest dairy cream, produced by cows feeding on the rolling pastures of Derry, is used to create Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream Liqueur.

Our name is inspired by Saint Brendan the Abbot, an ancient Irish monk, who was known for his remarkable travels and adventure. His valiant spirit guided our quest for the most authentic and indulgent Irish Cream.
