Every major Game of Thrones House has an expression dedicated to it, as does the order of the Night’s Watch. So Diageo worked with teams across all the distilleries involved and tapped lead archivist Joanne McKerchar to match the Houses to the histories of the distilleries. So it’s important to note that the expressions were assigned to the houses based on distillery history and geographic location. Flavor was not a main consideration when assigning a single malt to a House.
